- Reconstructed an entire corporate technology infrastructure (VOIP, LAN, WAN, enterprise business and accounting software, web content management system, learning management system, Intranet, IT services/governance, printer/copier contracts, support agreements, etc)
- Rebuilt a technology department for an international sports-centered association (recruiting and hiring staff; million dollar enterprise software project; IT governance; telephony, printer, and consulting contracts).
- Oversaw the success of a web site redesign, architecture boost, and traffic analytics for a Super Bowl ad - in one week processed 42Tbytes and 4 million visitors.
- Re-engineered ecommerce processes, improving conversion and customer loyalty rates that realized $7M in annual revenue increases.
